2026 Intent to Sponsor Form

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Eastlake Baseball League. As a nonprofit, community-based organization, we rely on the generous support of local businesses and organizations to provide a positive baseball, fastpitch and t-ball experience for our players. Your sponsorship helps fund equipment, field maintenance, and league operations while promoting your business within our community.

Please complete the form below to select your sponsorship option and provide your business information. Following the submittal of your form you will receive an email with next steps for submitting payment online and uploading your company logo and website.

We truly appreciate your partnership and support of Eastlake Baseball.

This agreement is between the Eastlake Baseball League (hereinafter EBL) and the organization indicated below (hereinafter sponsor) for the duration of the upcoming EBL season. A sponsorship in the EBL must be, for the sponsor, out of a sense of duty to help the community. While sponsorship does afford some benefits, the higher purpose is to help the EBL impart the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play to the children of the community, so that they may someday use these values in becoming good citizens. A sponsorship in the EBL does not permit the sponsor to have any rights or responsibilities in the operation of the EBL or any team in the EBL, nor does the sponsor have any rights or responsibilities in the selection of managers, coaches, or players for any team in the EBL. Nothing herein shall make us business partners or joint venturers. The sponsor and the EBL are independent contractors with respect to one another, and neither shall have any authority to represent or bind the other in any manner or to any extent whatsoever, except as specified herein. The sponsor shall have the right to use the following term in advertisements, posters, brochures, newsletters, etc.: "sponsor of a team in the EBL". Sponsorship does NOT give the Sponsor the right to use the word "official" in connection with its sponsorship. Any reference to the Sponsorship under this agreement must make it clear that the sponsorship is with the EBL only, and NOT for a specific group or individual. For the considerations above, the sponsor donates the amount indicated below to the EBL, understanding that its donation is to benefit the entire league.
