Q: How do I request my child move up early?

A: We cannot guarantee that players will be allowed to move up early, and therefore each player MUST try-out.  You will need to sign up for the age appropriate division first, and select "Yes" on the "Would you like your player to try-out for the next division?" question.

Q: I thought the Family Maximum was $150; why is my total more than this?

A:  Unfortunately, the service we use doesn't allow us to cap registration fees separately from our fundraiser buyout fees; therefore, we only cap the total fees at $210.  If you believe that your order exceeds the family maximum, send an email to [email protected] and we can add the Family Max Discount required to ensure you pay the appropriate registration fees.

Q:  What is the typical schedule?

A:  There is no true "typical schedule": games could be scheduled any night of the week.  There may be a need to reschedule games on a Saturday if the season is very wet, but otherwise, games will only be on weekdays.

Q.  When will I know the practice and game schedules?

A:  The practice schedules will be created after teams have been formed in late March; they will begin the first full week of April.

The game schedules for the older divisions of baseball and fastpitch are coordinated with the WRBL and Willoughby Baseball League, respectively.  The Slugger and Mighty Mite division schedules will be determined once those schedules have been completed around mid-April.
