The Eastlake Baseball League receives minimal assistance from the City, so while other cities can focus solely on administering a baseball league, we also have to manage the field preparation and renovation, grounds maintenance, and many other peripheral responsibilities.  The funds for these activities are generated from fundraising other than the Poppin' Popcorn fundraiser, which is used to defray the cost of registration, and not registration fees themselves.  The largest fundraising source in previous years has been our tournament which paid for the renovation of fields #2 and #3 a few years ago; we want all fields to be renovated on a specific schedule and increasing our fundraising efforts will ensure the League is able to achieve this.  We hope that you will join us in participating in any fundraisers that you are able so that we can all continue to improve these fields for many exciting seasons in the future.
